Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States (including Puerto Rico):

Free Shipping – On all US orders.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our website or the carrier's website.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at reycastillo4@hotmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
